We are looking for a Project/Program Manager to oversee key initiatives within a dynamic creative team, ensuring smooth execution of projects, deadlines, and deliverables. Job Description:

As a Project/Program Manager III, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of projects, overseeing timelines, assigning responsibilities, and tracking progress. You will work closely with cross-functional creative and marketing teams to optimize workflows, manage intake requests, and ensure smooth collaboration across departments. Additionally, you will lead efforts to enhance creative production processes while maintaining brand standards and delivering high-quality outcomes.


Must-Haves:

  • 6+ years of experience in creative operations, marketing strategy, or project management within design studios, agencies, or digital production environments.
  • Strong ability to operate efficiently in ambiguous situations and manage complexity.
  • Hands-on experience with project management/ticketing systems (third-party or in-house).
  • Knowledge of marketing channels, creative workflows, and asset requirements.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to manage tight deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic proficiency with creative desktop design tools (e.g., Figma).


Requirements:

  • A degree in communications, marketing, project management, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and facilitate cross-functional communication.
  • Understanding of brand guidelines and creative standards.
  • Experience with creative and marketing technology stacks.

Preferred:

  • Experience developing and executing creative operations strategy at scale.
  • Proven success in change management across large organizations.
  • Track record of cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Knowledge of emerging creative technologies and automation.
