Our client, an Asset Management company in Newton, is seeking a temporary to hire Property Administrator to join their team! This role is onsite in Newton, full time hours Monday through Friday, paying between 25-30/hr, and approximately 3+ months with permanent potential. Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply!

Role will sit onsite supporting the Real Estate Services team - responsible for supporting their commercial properties.
Providing administrative support to Property Managers and other members of the team
Answering phones, greeting, distributing mail, maintaining common/conference/kitchen areas
Assisting with RFP preparation, setting up tenant lease files
Light accounting - help with annual budget process and processing invoices
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
Supporting mostly New England / Upstate New York area properties
Heavy customer and client service - experience with this is important
