Volt is immediately hiring for a Quality Inspector in Anaheim, CA.

As a Quality Inspectoryou will:

Inspect incoming, in-process, and outgoing products and report results.
Maintain inspection records and documentation.
Monitor and manage vendor performance, rejection reports, and production accountability. Work on a PC to update, save, and retrieve files.
Adhere to company's quality management system (QMS) and related policies, procedures, and standards.
Perform internal audits, conduct Gemba walks, and generate reports for findings. Handle nonconforming materials and initiate corrective actions.
Operation and maintenance of measuring test equipment.
Draft and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Run statistical studies to evaluate quality performance.
Approve product shipments after inspection.
Address customer quality concerns and assist in providing solutions.
Write and implement the organization's quality standards and procedures.
Assist in the development of new methods for improving production techniques to ensure high quality outputs.
Utilize Excel and ERP systems for reporting and analytics.
Other duties as assigned.

This is a full-time opportunity

The ideal candidate will have:

Associate's degree required.
2-5 years of experience in ISO 9001-certified electronics production environment preferred.

Pay rate: $23.00-$26.00 per hour.
