Volt is immediately hiring for a Quality Inspector in Anaheim, CA.

As a Quality Inspectoryou will:

  • Inspect incoming, in-process, and outgoing products and report results.
  • Maintain inspection records and documentation.
  • Monitor and manage vendor performance, rejection reports, and production accountability. Work on a PC to update, save, and retrieve files.
  • Adhere to company's quality management system (QMS) and related policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Perform internal audits, conduct Gemba walks, and generate reports for findings. Handle nonconforming materials and initiate corrective actions.
  • Operation and maintenance of measuring test equipment.
  • Draft and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Run statistical studies to evaluate quality performance.
  • Approve product shipments after inspection.
  • Address customer quality concerns and assist in providing solutions.
  • Write and implement the organization's quality standards and procedures.
  • Assist in the development of new methods for improving production techniques to ensure high quality outputs.
  • Utilize Excel and ERP systems for reporting and analytics.
  • Other duties as assigned.
This is a full-time opportunity

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Associate's degree required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in ISO 9001-certified electronics production environment preferred.
Pay rate: $23.00-$26.00 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
