Reports to: Resident & PSH Services Manager

Location: SE Portland

Compensation: $19.77 - $21.85 hourly

Who You Are:

The Good Shepherd Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) is a part of CCO's resident services team and will plan, coordinate, and provide services to support residents, build community, and offer social and educational programs to improve the stability, quality of community life, and wellness of individuals and families.


What You Will Work On:

  • Identify resident needs; carry out services, programs, and activities for residents; work in partnership with other community resources and agencies; facilitate connections between volunteers, services, and residents; orient new residents to available
  • Build and maintain partnerships with community resources and agencies to promote access to them in the community. Bring activities and services to the building. Included but not limited to Asian Pacific American Network of Oregon (APANO), El Programa Hispano Catolico (EPHC), Familias en Accion and Do Good Multnomah and Easter Seals.
  • Foster and promote positive relationships with

What You Bring:

Education, Certifications, and Licensure Requirements/Preferences

  • Bachelor's Degree (4-Year Program) or equivalent lived and or worked experience.

Experience Requirements/Preferences

  • 5 or more years of directly related experience, or 7-10 years of indirectly related experience.
  • Two years of previous experience providing information, referrals, and advocacy and/or case management
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
