About this role:
The Wells Fargo RIA Solutions Channel Enablement Leader is a senior leader position responsible for ensuring the competitive offering of products and services to RIA's who custody assets at Wells Fargo. This position will lead a small team of experienced leaders and consultants who will work across the enterprise COE's, businesses, and departments, to ensure the full-balance sheet capabilities of Wells Fargo are available.
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) product areas, tech product areas, third party vendors, centers of excellence, WIM leadership, and WF Banking leadership in order to ensure that Wells Fargo is competitive in the marketplace, providing a suite of products and services that support the current and future needs of fee-only RIA's
- Navigate through complex corporate structure to identify, educate, and ensure competitive products and services capabilities are available for RIA's
- Conceptualize, create, and implement executable processes which support the RIA offering
- Use your professional network to understand trend, momentum, and strategic shifts in the RIA marketplace, and ensure Wells Fargo RIA Solutions is competitively positioned
- Be highly proficient and constructive in your collaborations with leaders within the channel and across the enterprise
- Operate with a high degree of energy, activity, enthusiasm, and purpose
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of management experience
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ Years working for RIA Custodian or large RIA Aggregator in area of product management, product best practices, and/or product/solution sales
- 3+ years of management or relationship management experience with RIA Custodian or RIA Aggregator to include experience working with Third Party FinTech companies and Turnkey Asset Management Programs (TAMP)
- FINRA registration including one or more of the following: FINRA Series 7, 65/66, and 24, or FINRA recognized equivalents
Job Expectations:
- This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Internal transfers are subject to comply with 17 CFR 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3, which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and are required to report certain incidents.
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$144,400.00 - $300,000.00Benefits
