You gather data from multiple sources, analyze complex business operations and provide strategies to simplify and enhance the client experience. You create new or update existing documentation for initiatives and enhancements to systems, tools and processes. You work with several business units and present solutions, requirements and status updates. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.

Required Qualifications
- Experience: Five or more years of business analysis or related experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Skills: Expert in analyzing and interpreting data for multiple projects simultaneously; Prioritization, organizational and English communication skills.
- Abilities: Ability to work independently in a collaborative, dynamic team environment.
