Senior Customer Service Trainer

Are you passionate about training and developing people to grow their skills? Join us as a Senior Customer Service Trainer, where you'll assist in trainer development while partnering with management to develop learning solutions for our people to deliver legendary customer service across North America.

Better together! This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.

Position Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging development training sessions using a variety of techniques.

  • Mentor employees and report their performance progress to management.

  • Assess department training needs and seek ways to improve processes and procedures.

  • Serve as a liaison to the corporate training team.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in adult learning, corporate training or related area, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience with existing and emerging training methods and tools.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
