Solution Quoting and Orchestration Manager
The Solution Quoting and Orchestration Manager is responsible for Quoting and Commercial Operations activities associated with the Symphony Suite solution for the Cardiovascular Out of Hospital market. This entails a multi-modality solution encompassing Philips hardware and services, 3rd party hardware, services and devices. This role supports Symphony Suite customers who are typically small, entrepreneurial entities, by reducing the complexity of working with Philips Health Systems processes that are primarily designed to support large organizations.
Your role:
Provide pre-sales technical support to the Symphony Suite Business Development Managers to achieve accurate and timely configurations that meet customer needs.
Prepare sales quotes, utilizing knowledge of product configuration, contracts or agreements language, pricing and discounting, company policies, compliance standards and sales processes.
Obtain all approvals and documentation required to process a formal customer quote.
Lead efforts with various Marketing teams to ensure special Symphony Suite pricing agreements are in place and monitored to prevent expirations.
Collaborate with Global Business Services (GBS) regarding execution of transactions to enable efficient flow and accuracy of order booking and invoicing.
Manage escalation of commercial issues (e.g. pricing, billings)
Ensure the Quoting and Order Orchestration processes are Lean and efficient, always looking for ways to streamline and simplify the process - both for our own internal efforts as well as for our customers.
Work with process SMEs and functional teams to drive process improvements to enable further scaling of the solution.

Bachelor’s degree required
Effective communicator; results-oriented, and energetic- with a track record of creative problem-solving and relationship building
Experience within a matrixed organization, paired with a continuous improvement mindset
Working knowledge of quoting platforms (Apttus/Conga), SAP, Salesforce.com, reporting, analytics, and IT tools
Business acumen across the Quote to Cash landscape
Experience working in/with large, complex organizations
Experience applying Lean methodology

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $79,800 to $136,800 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
