The summer intern position for the Sourcing & Facilities support team will be responsible for reviewing documents to determine if they should be shredded or scanned onto a facility shared drive, as well as preparing files by removing staples, paperclips, and other obstructions. Additional duties include filing, scanning documents on a personal computer, sorting through files, and collaborating with coworkers to decide which documents need to be retained or discarded.

Responsibilities

·       Reviews documents to decide which need to be retained or discarded.

·       Scans and uploads documents designated for retention.

·       Determines required documents through file review and coworker collaboration.

Who We’re Looking For

·       High school diploma/GED (or international equivalent), required.

·       Up to 2 years of related experience

·       2+ years of related experience, preferred.

·       Ability to use a personal computer with ease.

·       Ability to work independently.

·       Personality that is not afraid to ask questions.

·       Ability to follow directions.

·       Ability to travel less than 5% of the time.

·       Must be 18 years of age or older.

·       Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required.

·       Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.
