Description: Futrend Technologyis looking for an NIH ORS Testing Lead to join our team of industry leading professionals with significant upward promotion probability. The ideal candidate will measure success in this position through outcomes, program delivery success, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement in delivery practices and team performance, financial performance, qualified pipeline and business growth. Roles and Responsibilities:
Solution Delivery

• Lead testing team and all testing efforts
• Participate in daily SCRUM meetings
• Make sure the team follows SOPs and CRM practices
• Manage the team to produce and maintain testing schedule, testing cases, testing script, etc.
• Provide LOE, and cost estimates for testing
• Maintain testing related tickets in JIRA / ServiceNow system
• Provide timely reports and trend and root cause analysis for defect metrics
• Make recommendations and implement improvements
• Work with the program manager and team to help the team to meet defect metrics, and adhere to customer processes
• Work closely with the customers to improve processes and customer satisfaction

• Qualifications
  
• 5+ years' experience in leading testing teams
• Must have hands-on experience with manual testing
• Experience with automated testing is strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, SCRUM is highly desired
• PMP certification preferred
• Work experience in NIH, Federal Health IT agencies, research and academic institutions are a plus
