• Bachelor's degree in Emergency and Disaster Management, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 5 years' Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity experience involved in the design, implementation, and/or testing, preferably in a regulated (Pharmaceutical) industry.
• Specialized certifications related to disaster recovery and business continuity a plus
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, backup and recovery technologies, and data management.
• Ability to coordinate and manage recovery efforts across multiple teams and departments.
• Understanding of risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Experience with network switches and area control network.
• Experience with imaging backup and recovery data protection software.
