Summary:
The Teammate Engagement Consultant champions employee engagement by supporting recognition programs, contributing to engagement surveys and communication, and developing resources for well-being and talent retention.
Responsibilities:
•Support the retiree recognition certificate process, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy
•Supports the Years of Service awards program, identifying potential issues and supporting smooth execution
•Contribute to recognition initiatives by reviewing nominations, preparing profiles, and collaborating on communication efforts
• Participate in recognition-related presentations and workshops
• Collaborate with vendors to maintain engagement platform, ensuring its functionality and user-friendliness
• Identify and explore opportunities to leverage the teammate recognition platform for enhanced employee engagement
•Support the implementation of engagement surveys, including data mapping and communication tasks
• Develop reports that summarize engagement results and other engagement initiatives
• Develop resources and support the development of workshops for leaders to help them understand and respond to survey findings
• Develop and curate additional resources that help employees engage, navigate their careers and foster a positive work environment.
• Maintain content for well-being initiatives, collaborating with Communications on relevant materials and campaigns
• Maintain Talent Engagement and Retention resources
• Develop additional materials that support employee engagement
Other Information
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent combination of education, training and experience).
- If a Bachelor’s degree: No prior experience required
- If an Associate’s degree: Four (4) years of relevant experience
- If a High School diploma or GED: Eight (8) years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulations related to employee recognition and engagement programs.
- Insight into the company's values, mission, and employee demographics to tailor recognition programs effectively.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data from surveys, recognition programs, and other sources to gain insights into employee sentiment and engagement levels.
- Ability to plan, execute, and track multiple recognition and engagement initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and adhering to budgets.
- Navigating changing priorities, managing unexpected challenges, and staying motivated in a dynamic work environment.
- Understanding employee motivations, recognizing diverse needs and preferences, and tailoring recognition experiences accordingly.
