Job Opening: Technical Writer / Content Manager

Location: Onsite at Phoenix, AZ 85034
Duration: Through 12/31/2025 (Potential for extension or conversion)
Shift: Flexible 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST (includes 30-minute lunch)
Pay Range: $27/hr to $30/hr
About the Role:
- Need a Content Manager to support internal documentation efforts within their Fulfillment and Servicing Operations teams.
- This opportunity is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a background in managing or developing procedures in a banking or financial services environment.
- As a Content Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining a library of over 1,500 internal documents-including procedures and quick reference guides-ensuring each is accurate, up to date, and compliant with internal governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Review, revise, and maintain internal procedures and documentation

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and adherence to templates

Host Webex meetings with SMEs to review and approve documentation

Manage incoming requests using a structured intake process and rotation schedule

Lead live editing sessions and track updates in real time

Coordinate recurring document reviews on an 18-24 month cycle

Ensure full compliance with internal document governance policies
What We're Looking For

3-5 years' experience in banking or financial services

Strong grasp of policies and procedures, preferably in operations or compliance

Hands-on experience with SharePoint (particularly form creation/maintenance)

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, macros, etc.)

Professional communication skills with the ability to lead stakeholder meetings

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
