Our manufacturing client is searching for a Video Editor/Production Assistant to join their team. 

Location: Hybrid; Florence, TX 
Duration: 3 months to start; 15-20hrs/week 

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES    

• Intake and process content as it becomes available. 
• Assist Lead Video Editor with post-production and assets management.  
• Edit video assets and complete all post-production workflows for both long form and social content. 
• Assets checklist and synchronization. 
• Hit production deadlines from intake to deliverable. 
• First round of video sync, trimming, cropping, and slide editing.
• Manage assets with timeline and create pre-production prep in Adobe Premiere. 
• Caption submission as needed. 
• Assist with online and on-site content recording and post-production deliverables. 
• Ideate and create compelling graphics in Adobe After Effects. 
• Attend select productions, events, and captures as needed.  

QUALIFICATIONS        

• 2+ years experience in video editing  
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Video Suite including Premiere, Media Encoder, & After Effects.   
• Comfortable in team environment, adaptable to priority changes.   
• Knowledge and experience with various LUT's and coloring for video.   
• Expert with workflows in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, other Video Production Suites.  
• Zoom, YouTube, Instagram, and Microsoft Teams.   
• Ability to evaluate needs for video production and deliverables effectiveness.   
• Familiar with asset management systems.   
• Strong attention to detail regarding file naming, organization, and spelling.   
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, including ability to explain technical matters to non-specialists in a clear and effective manner.   
• Process, management, and administrative abilities.
