Position Overview
The Video Floor Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily video warehouse and floor operations. This role leads video technicians, manages inventory and equipment readiness, supports engineering teams, and ensures all video gear is properly prepped, maintained, and dispatched for live events.
This is a handson leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge of video systems, the ability to manage people and priorities in a fastpaced environment, and a commitment to maintaining high operational standards. Physical work, variable hours, and occasional weekend support are expected.

General Tasks / Duties
Team Leadership & Operations
- Directly oversee the video warehouse and floor operations team
- Assign and delegate daily tasks while leading by example
- Actively participate in floor and warehouse work as needed
- Support, coach, and develop technicians to improve performance and efficiency
- Identify training needs, certifications, and skill gaps
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and disciplinary actions as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to improve daytoday warehouse operations
Video Inventory Management
- Oversee prep, dispatch, intake, and deprep of video equipment packages
- Manage inventory checkin/checkout using Flex Rental Solutions
- Ensure equipment, expendables, and cases are properly stocked, organized, and maintained
- Verify pull sheets are fully scanned out and manifests are fully scanned in
- Report missing, damaged, or nonfunctional equipment
- Receive and return subrental equipment, verifying accuracy against physical inventory
- Coordinate equipment transfers and logistics with other 3G branches
- Assist in sourcing crossrental gear to resolve shortages
- Maintain compliance with QC standards, inventory protocols, and warehouse procedures
Equipment Maintenance & Technical Support
- Identify broken or unsafe equipment and initiate repair processes
- Mark and demark equipment as out of commission within Flex
- Manage RMA requests and coordinate repairs
- Oversee routine maintenance of video equipment, including:
- LED panels and tiles
- Processors and controllers
- Projectors
- Media servers
- Fiber, power, and data systems
- Provide troubleshooting support as needed
- Occasionally support onsite technical needs for shows or longterm installations
Warehouse & Logistics Coordination
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks
- Coordinate placement and organization of gear within warehouse bays
- Facilitate pickups and deliveries as needed
- Interface with the Warehouse Manager and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional live event experience in video production
- Strong working knowledge of:
- LED systems, processing, and signal flow
- Video infrastructure including fiber, power, and data
- Ability to identify whether equipment is safe and showready
- Prior experience as a team lead, supervisor, or manager
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, highpressure environment
- Experience with inventory management software (Flex Rental Solutions preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
- Ability to frequently lift and move 50-100 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting largescale LED systems and video processing workflows
- OSHA 30 certification (required if hired)
- Forklift and scissor lift certifications (required if hired)
Schedule / Hours of Work
- Based out of Las Vegas, NV (Willing to relocate the right candidate)
- Weekday hours are typically standard business hours
- Weekends and extended hours as needed based on show schedules
- Travel expected to be less than 5% annually
