Based on our internal equity review process, the starting salary for this position will be $17.04.
The current full hourly range for this position is $17.04 - $21.00.
Do you love sports and working with kids? Join our team as a Youth Sports Assistant and help create awesome experiences for youth across Tacoma! In this part-time, active role, you’ll assist with setting up camps, classes, and league games, check participants in and out, and help teach fun, engaging sports curriculum. No two days are the same - you’ll be out in the field supporting programs, connecting with families, and helping kids learn and grow through play.

Position Information
Implement, lead and/or oversee programming and activities in an assigned program area
In the performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to:
