POSITION SUMMARY: The Associate Account Executive (AAE) is responsible for assisting current Account Executives grow existing business as well as generating some of their own new business. The goal of this role is to develop into an Account Executive within 6 months to 1 year of success.

Growth of Existing Accounts
  • Responsible for mushrooming, finding ad calls, going on CVs with current Account Executives, taking and writing up JOs in AEs absence as well as assisting with any other additional tasks surrounding existing large account
  • Research and prepare for CVs with Account Executives
  • Write up Client Visit notes and complete QCs
  • Shadow intake calls of job orders with Account Executive
  • Send Talent Updates when Account Executive is out or unable to
  • Identify job opportunities via job boards and company websites
  • Create org charts as needed of accounts • Upload contracts and other documents for client into CircleView
  • Handle all inbound talent requests from the Creative Circle website
  • Assist with presentation decks for upcoming meetings with clients
  • Create and distribute on-boarding documents for our freelancers for VMS programs
Growth of New Accounts
  • Associate Account Executive will be assigned up to 25 house accounts
  • Responsible for 100 dials weekly and selected OBPs o At least one Client Visit per week (either with their own client or shadowing)
  • Will have an assigned Senior, Lead or Manager Account Executive attend CVs, be on client contracts calls, JO taking calls, work in VMS etc.
  • Degree preferred. Exceptions may be considered for candidates with strong commensurate work experience.
  • 0 - 2 years of internship or related professional experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
