The Portland office of Bullivant Houser Bailey is seeking an attorney with 0-2 years of relevant experience in handling cases in the areas of complex civil matters including products liability, personal and catastrophic injury, and general litigation. Experience in asbestos litigation a plus. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a group of accomplished lawyers and become part of our nationally-recognized litigation team. This position will work in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings and discovery, managing files, and handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations and trials.

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
  • An exceptional academic record along with excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Optimistic outlook and an eagerness to assume responsibility

  • Must be admitted to practice in Oregon
