The BOKF Insurance Account Manager II - Property and Casualty serves as the client service lead for small clients performing core functions required to manage the relationship with defined accounts as well as develop new business opportunities.  Services clients on a day to day basis on their Risk Management program. Directly consults the client and prospects, and provides recommendations and guidance on their risk management program.  

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Owns the process of driving and developing new business prospects through the BOKFI referral network.  Works directly with the prospect and carrier to develop the appropriate customized insurance program.  Generates proposals either through on-line platforms or with strategic carrier partners adhering to policies, procedures, service level agreements, and timelines.
  2. Analyzes, evaluates, recommends and implements solutions for various complex client related issues and problems that arise. This includes advocating for the client by providing guidance and resolution to client issues.  Performs research, develops solutions and communicates the resolution of the problem to client.  Maintains internal client management database (EPIC). 
  3. Owns the process of driving and developing key strategic deliverables based upon the needs of the client.  As the subject matter expert, must use knowledge to consult BOKFI clients on their existing program as well as advising on additional coverage to protect their business.
  4. Represents BOKFI in the marketplace by establishing and maintaining healthy carrier/vendor relationships.  Owns the learning process of all products carrier/vendor in order to advise and consult BOKFI clients and prospects. 
  5. Leads and participates in special projects as needed.
  6. Develops new templates and processes as needed to remain competitive or address changing needs while maintaining departmental consistencies.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:

  • Strong working knowledge of Windows, Outlook, Word, Publisher, Excel and Power Point
  • Proficient in the area of Property & Casualty insurance, compliance, competition, carrier appetite and product offerings
  • Bachelor degree in business related field or equivalent experience
  • Colorado Property and Casualty License required
  • Minimum three years in the Property Casualty industry

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 year(s) experience; or 3-5 years equivalent work-related experience.
