We're looking for a Branch Manager (City Manager) to be responsible for the growth of sales and overall performance of the office by creating and maintaining a successful client service environment following Creative Circles best practices and living our values. The focus of this position is to lead, mentor and develop high performing Recruiters, Account Executives and office support team to ensure fiscal growth of the office through effective business management.

Manage the Business
  • Achieve office goals for Gross Margin, freelance hours and permanent placements
  • Responsible for making staffing decisions including hiring, evaluating performance, and recommending promotions and terminations
  • Motivate and inspire the team to achieve their individual performance goals and contribute to the office goals
  • Coach and develop Recruiters and Account Executives through continuous training and development, mentoring, performance assessment and improvement through conducting effective goal setting, regular one on one meetings, in the moment coaching and encouraging ongoing learning
  • Manage and coach Account Executives to achieve targeted productivity levels by improving their ability to develop new business while also increasing sales with existing clients
  • Manage and coach Recruiters to achieve targeted productivity levels by improving their skills to effectively source, interview and submit qualified candidates to achieve successful fill and placement rates
  • Manage and coach office support staff to ensure smooth and effective day to day operations of the office
  • Shadow Account Executives on client visits and attend interviews with Recruiters from time to time, providing feedback and coaching on ways to improve
  • Guide the team on how to apply Creative Circle's Operational Best Practices effectively
  • On-board new staff onto the team ensuring they are set up for success
  • Oversee the office's compliance of all company policies, processes and procedures
  • Other duties will be assigned, as needed

Develop Business
  • Lead the development of new sales as well as the management of growth of existing clients to meet Freelance Hours and Gross Margin goals
  • Meet and exceed Gross Margin, revenue and year-over-year office growth including freelance and permanent placement goals
  • Assist Account Executives in identifying, qualifying and selling large RFI/RFP, staffing or solutions opportunities
  • Lead Creative Circle into selected new business areas
  • Foster an environment of accountability and results through client focus, high sales activity and constant new business development
Support Your Customers
  • Oversee and review all contracts for new clients, and assist in negotiations and/or amendments to contracts as needed
  • Accept full responsibility for all client matters and compliance on all active contracts
  • Support Recruiters with any candidate issues, and escalate to Human Resources when needed
  • Experience in sales and new business development
  • 3 – 5 years' experience leading and managing a team
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Staffing industry experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to both manage and work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong business acumen
  • Proven project management skills
  • Possess strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Able to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and company personnel
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of information
  • Able to prioritize, organize and multi-task effectively
  • Possess effective interpersonal, consultative, diplomatic and coaching skills
  • Able to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties in a timely manner
  • Able to work effectively as a member of team showing collaboration, restraint, diplomacy
  • Able to provide and receive constructive feedback in a professional manner
  • Able to make decisions and solve problems while working under multiple deadlines
  • Able to deal with staff and the public in a professional manner
  • Proficient PC skills and MS Office skills
  • Occasional travel may be required
