Job Description

Our team of professionals have come from backgrounds in the restaurant & hospitality industries. We are seeking a Client Retention Specialist that can provide the absolute best sales quality and customer service to our clients customers. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Increase customer base and loyalty
  • Acquire and retain new customers through sales presentations
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Additional responsibilities in our Trainer role may include:

  • Training others
  • Interviewing
  • Campaign management
  • Exceed sales goals

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have a strong work ethic
  • Have a minimum of 1-year experience in restaurant, hospitality or customer service related field
  • Experience training other (preferred)
