SUMMARY

This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship with clients by supporting their Human Resources compliance reporting.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Onboard new clients to communicate affirmative action regulations and HudsonMann outsourcing processes
  • Establish a relationship and communicate with the client to facilitate accurate data collection
  • Manipulate client employee and applicant data to prepare accurate Affirmative Action Plans (AAPs) using pre-defined naming schemes and formats
  • Work with HudsonMann data team to process affirmative action data
  • Maintain up-to-date client records as required by HudsonMann
  • Regularly communicate with client to facilitate receipt of required data and timely completion of plans
  • Utilize HudsonMann software to compile affirmative action reports
  • Meet quality control standards on all published reports and deliverables
  • Deliver and consult on affirmative action plans via iPlans
  • Support HudsonMann IT staff with software development
  • Be a subject matter expert on affirmative action compliance and be able to communicate this information to clients
  • Support HudsonMann training staff as necessary including subject matter expertise in one additional area of compliance content
  • Support clients through affirmative action compliance reviews and conciliation agreements
  • Support HudsonMann sales and marketing staff as necessary
  • Assist or lead periodic training sessions
  • Act as secondary client support for peers in their absence

Qualifications/Skills

  • Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance (EEO/Affirmative Action) preferred
  • Proven ability to provide superior customer service
  • Attention to detail and quality focus
  • Ability to develop and deliver HR compliance training
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Data Analysis and Processing
  • Knowledge of HRIS and ATS systems
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred; or the ability to obtain professional certification within six months of hire
