Job Description

Customer Fulfillment Specialist do a wide range of warehouse functions; labeling, replenishing, box making, loading/unloading trailers, moving stowed product to various locations utilizing a pallet jack and other warehouse tools. The Customer Fulfillment Specialist is expected to focus on excellent customer service and take pride and great care in every order filled for our customers.

• Fulfill and organize orders to ensure customer delivery process is efficient and accurate;
• Create accurate shipping documentation for domestic shipments;
• Adhere to standard operating procedures as related to customer fulfillment;
• Create accurate shipping documentation for domestic shipments;
• Utilize material handling equipment, safely and efficiently, to receive or transport product to storage and staging locations;
• Accurately picks/packs and ships device orders;
• Scans bar-coded equipment and supplies when packing orders;
• Tracks all outgoing shipments and updates the operating system with tracking information;
• Works with staff to assist with rush orders or other customer issues;
• Maintains accuracy of customer orders with a goal of 100% accuracy;
• Maintains a clean, organized work area.
• Develops and maintains a good working relationship with all departments;
• Follows closing procedures. (Last person out of the building);
• Other duties as assigned.

Education, Qualifications and Skills:
• Must be at least 18 years old;
• At least 6 months of stable and relative work experience in a physical environment required;
• Previous Work experience receiving, loading/unloading material, packing, labeling or picking within a warehouse environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation;
• Must be able to stand and /or walk for up to 10 hours daily;
