Job Title

Engineer, BizOps

The ITSM Scrum and Reporting Engineer, BizOps is responsible for developing and creating reporting for incident, problem, change, work order and other areas for the Service Operations team.In addition, the role supports program management activities and reporting on project progress through internal tools.


Major responsibilities:

Help manage projects, prioritization of asks, and course correct as needed. Provide reporting on team availability and capacity.
Lead weekly (or more often) meetings to address priorities and project needs.
Develop, monitor and execute weekly/monthly reporting for frequent data sharing.
Coordinate and lead executive-level technical calls (as needed) to address incidents and facilitate troubleshooting in real time.
Do you have experience working with Remedy and other data visualization tools?
Do you love data and take pride in generating the reporting that can be easily understood and consumed?
Can you easily turn tech talk into something that can be consumed by internal stakeholders or customers?
Do you have experience improving processes and carrying out corresponding reporting?
Are you an Investigator who finds research the most important part of the project?

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and education.



Knowledge / Experience:
Understanding of ITIL standards
Experience in working operations or communication efforts
Excellent communicator
Interpreting data and turning it into information
Strong attention to detail
Possess flexibility and willingness to learn new skills/tools
Experience in customer support roles
Track record of effective communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with defining, supporting and delivering on long-term strategies


Role

Leverage available communication and reporting tools (such as ALM, DOMO, Outlook, etc.) and processes to generate and compose notifications to a variety of audiences.
Help with prioritization of projects, current status, and tracking.
Meticulously train team members on the utilization of data visualization andtechnical tools.
Regularly communicate/interact with executives, technical leads, and other internal partners.



All About You

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Superior customer service, collaboration and critical thinking skills.
Experience with Domo, Remedy/BMC and other data visualization/reporting and ITIL tools.
Impeccable writing skills, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to interact with customers, technical teams, and various levels of leadership with attention to detail and professionalism.
Manage expectations of key stakeholders around prioritization of projects.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to perform duties independently.
