We are rapidly expanding our experienced team of Litigation Attorneys and would love to meet you if you are capable of:

· Directing legal decisions throughout all phases of litigation process.

· Understanding the applicability of laws and statutes to the potential recovery of each case.

· Communicating with clients, witnesses, insurance adjusters and medical providers in order to resolve a case efficiently and for the highest possible settlement.

· Negotiating personal injury settlements with insurance adjusters.

· Understanding & discussing medical treatment with staff, clients and adjusters.

· Being an empathetic liaison between our clients and their medical providers.

· Reviewing medical records and bills.

· Reviewing police reports and property damage photos

· Documenting all action and communication in the client’s case file.

· Preparing for trial while representing client during trial process.

· Presenting evidence while developing opening and closing statements.

· Examining and cross-examining witness and experts.

· Arguing motions.

· Comfortable presenting cases in front of judges and juries.

· Handling a high-volume case load.

· Timely resolution of all case matters assigned to you.

· Working independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Requirements:

· Licensed to practice law in Texas.

· 2-5 years of litigation and trial experience in Texas personal injury cases.

· 1st Chair Experience (Preferred).

· 2nd Chair Experience (Required).

· Experience handling contested motions.

· Experience taking and defending depositions.

· Experience at mediation in personal injury cases.

· Detail-oriented.

· Advanced computer skills.

· Excellent with written and verbal communication.

· Efficient and effective with overall time management.

· Determined to learn and adapt in a high paced atmosphere.

· Available to work 40+ hours per week.
