Working as an MBM at Flexion involves operating with urgency, passion, energy, and creatively approaching full office selling. There are some key characteristics that are critical for success:

  1. Documented &consistenttrack recordof success

  3. Demonstrated passionfor thetotal office sell
  4. Managing your own accounts
  5. Persistence & resilience- no matter the setback

We do have some basic qualifications that all candidates must have:

  • BS/BA
  • At least 5 years of pharmaceutical or medical sales experience in a competitive setting
  • Geographically located in the open territory
  • Ability to travel within the territory

  • You've won awards - lots of them. We strongly prefer candidates who can point to awards won such as President's Club, Rookie of the Year, Grand Poobah of Selling. Well, you get the picture.
  • You have experience selling a Buy and bill product
  • You have experience and relationships in the orthopedic, rheumatology and pain space
  • You can talk the talk about the reimbursement landscape and access processes
  • You can work an account from the top to bottom/inside out? No problem
  • You love being bored. Just kidding - we wanted to make sure you're still reading this. You love working in a fast-paced, innovative environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient. Let's be honest, you thrive on it
  • You are coachable and willing to share your best practices with the rest of us
  • Your key stakeholders think you are the best thing since sliced bread
  • You were the debate champion in high school. OK, maybe not, but you can negotiate with the best of them and have the ability to analyze complex issues to develop relevant and realistic plans, programs and recommendations
