Job Description




The Operations Assistant will support Operations staff in assigned work both routine and special projects.  This position will contribute to increasing team efficiency by giving support both operationally and administratively primarily to the Operations department and other departments as needed.




  • Responsible for mailing letters, newsletters and other collateral
  • Outbound/Inbound phone calls
  • Scan/file documents
  • Take and distribute meeting notes
  • Assist with Dealer Inventory set up
  • Update and maintain internal inventory system
  • Update and maintain assigned databases
  • Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, coordinate lunch when applicable
  • Performs a variety of Internet research functions and uses word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software
  • Must always be prepared to perform additional related tasks assigned by the Operations Management team

High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Minimum of two (2) years of experience with general office responsibilities and procedures. Four year (4) degree preferred.
