General Information

  • Salary Range: 41K to 51K ( $19.75-$24.50 per hour)


Provide primarily administrative and analytic support to the Customer Service Team for Titleist Golf Clubs. Duties to include:

  • Training of new associates; system testing (AGS) of new fixes/upgrades/modifications/etc.; assisting with such order management projects as new product launches, leadership initiatives, Sales Rep/Meeting/PGA Show samples, minimizing order splitting/maximizing fill rate, and reallocations needed to support the company’s distribution strategies; report writing; tracking shipment metrics; attending to a variety of product availability related issues.
  • Manage orders to meet various company objectives with an emphasis on time sensitive imperatives and high completion metrics. Included are new product launch orders; leadership/program/special project orders; Sales Rep/Meeting/PGA Show sample orders; minimizing order splitting/maximizing fill rate; meeting month-end goals; etc.
  • Execute COM corrections by the end of each month. Utilize audit reports to deal with other orders requiring system maintenance not normally handled by the Customer Service Associates.
  • Document problems with Customer Service related functions and assist with the testing and validation of periodic fixes, changes and upgrades to the system.
  • Provide ongoing support for new and veteran Customer Service agents. Be a first line resource to all CSRs as questions, issues or problems arise with Customer Service related processes.
  • Assist with keeping all policies, procedures and training materials/curriculum up to date for the department.
  • Monitor shipping metrics to identify orders on the cusp of being late. Interact with scheduling and production personnel, so that these orders are given every opportunity to ship on time. Collect and provide information on late and/or split shipments to help operations identify root causes.
  • Develop reports as needed by Club Sales Management Team, may use ad-hoc reporting. Provide back-up for Business Analyst and other critical AGS users as needed.


  • Bachelor's degree preferred and a Minimum of two years of Customer Service experience required.
  • Experience with Order Management systems and the underlying architecture required for them (AGS (M3) is preferred).
  • Experience using End User Reporting tools such as Cognos to support Sales, Marketing or Customer Service related business analysis needs.
  • Intermediate to advance skill level with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), general database programs and the Internet.
  • Self-starter with strong analytical and problem solving skills along with an ability to quickly grasp medium to complex computer enabled processes.
  • Must have a strong level of expertise, proficiency and aptitude with technology and ability to quickly adapt to new and changing technologies.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively to accomplish goals.
  • Previous experience with training people on systems is a plus.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time working at a PC.
