Kforce has a client in search of a Partner Support Analyst 2 in San Diego, California (CA). Responsibilities:
  • Collect, organize and report out on critical data required to drive our Customer Success business priorities and goals
  • Set and manage timelines and efficient process around data collection and reporting
  • Assist with managing and improving various partner network operational processes
  • Effectively communicate to partners data and reporting requirements and drive accountability for successful data collection
  • Work with ICS Partner Management Team to identify new/evolving data needs and implement processes to collect and report on those needs
  • Assist ICS-PM Team with internal data and reporting needs/requests
  • Assist ICS-PM Partner Management Intelligence Leader to develop and implement efficiencies in data and reporting capabilities


  • Bachelor's degree (required) in Business or equivalent experience required
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel required; Basic to intermediate Excel VBA knowledge preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to quickly assess data, create and deliver reporting
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Google Docs
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; Ability to clearly articulate project requirements and desired outcomes across all organizational levels both internally and externally
