Job Description

WORK FROM HOME ANSWERING PATIENT CALLS FOR MAJOR MEDICAL CENTERS IN A FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT.

Must have strong communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.  Excellent verbal and written skills.

$13.00 TO $14.00 PER HOUR TO START (depending upon experience).  

Employee Position.

SCHOOL HOURS OR FULL TIME.

BILINGUAL A PLUS!!

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 1 year in physician practice, or medical/clinical environment and knowledge of medical terminology.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer patient calls and route calls to the appropriate person. Assist patients looking for appointments, leave messages for physicians. Document call information.

REQUIRED: Ability to multi-task, ability to enter data, and to follow physician protocols for assisting patients. Good grammar and spelling. Computer. Internet (no satellite). Extremely quiet environment. Full attention to the patients during your shift.
