Under the direction of the Regional Director of Operations and guidance of the Revenue Operations leadership, manages the overall business operations, staff and budgets of multiple practice locations including check-in, cash handling, and patient referral and collections. Participates in the design and implementation of systems to ensure that operations support organizational and financial objectives. Functions with a high degree of independence, under minimal supervision and has authority for independent decision making within scope of responsibility. Works closely with Revenue Operations to ensure that financial metrics are met with adherence to compliance and Atrius Health customer service standards.

EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in appropriate discipline required (or equivalent education, training or experience required).

EXPERIENCE

7-10 years patient financial experience with minimum of 5 years as a supervisor is required. Comprehensive knowledge of management and supervisory principles required. Extensive knowledge of insurance coverage and administration processes required.

SKILLS

Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and decision-making skills in a fast paced environment. Strong analytical, organizational and problem resolution skills. Ability to implement policies and procedures efficiently and effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills needed with the ability to interact effectively with patients and medical professionals at all levels. Strong computer skills including electronic medical record and billing system, Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency required.
