Full Time Customer Service Associate

Our Customer Service Associates are responsible for creating lasting relationships with our customers and driving customer satisfaction by providing quality care. Our Customer Service Associates provide knowledgeable, professional, and efficient service for our clientele. Additionally Customer Service Associates drive sales by presenting pre-existing customers and consumers with valuable information about product and service choices. Customer Service Associate Tasks & Duties:

  • Enter all orders, from a variety of sources: directly from customers or from other client departments..

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the client product line, policies, and special programs and effectively apply this knowledge to all customer service situations.

  • Enter all customer credits and returns. Perform necessary research to allow timely processing of customer credits or other financial adjustments.

  • Interact with other client team members regarding activity from key accounts to help build a customer profile that becomes a basis for account growth, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty.

  • Maintain adequate Meridian sales records

  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of customer orders

  • Assist Customer Service Manager with new Customer Service Associate training as needed.

  • Perform related and special duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

Customer Service Associate Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • No prior experience is necessary we provide on the job training for all of our Customer Service Associates

  • Applicants should be posses excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service

  • Computer Literacy is required (MacOS, Windows)

  • Detail Oriented, meets Quality Assurance and Standard Operational Procedure Requirements
