NTT DATA Services currently seeks a I.T. Services Sales Director - Insurance to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).

 

 

NTT Data Services insurance practice combines business consultants specialized in the insurance industry with technology experts, BPO professionals, digital services and a global reach. We have over 50 years of experience in IT services giving our customers a solid foundation for delivering innovative, end-to-end solutions tailored to insurance.

The Sales Director will develop sales opportunities and lead/close deal pursuits in the I.T. Services and Consulting arena.  They will establish a business partner relationship within the Executive Suite focused on expanding the business footprint in existing and new logo strategic NTT Data Life and Annuities and/or Property & Casualty clients.

 Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing deep sales process, insurance industry knowledge, and offering expertise to establish business partner relationships within customer executive suite focused on selling complex deals
  • Lead the complete sales cycle from opportunity discover, develop/execute deal strategy, and lead pursuits utilizing internal subject/solution matter experts, NTT Data leadership, and external partners to drive value add solution development focused on delivering targeted business outcomes
  • Sell a blended portfolio consisting of technology and consultative services and solutions: I.T. (infrastructure, cloud & security) and managed services, application services, and industry vertical solutions to include: regulatory compliance solutions, digital solutions, analytics & business intelligence, digital business process (BPaaS), claims transformation, and mobile solutions
  • Guided by brand and NTT DATA overall sales strategies meet/exceed annual quotas of $6M plus
  • Anticipate market and competitive factors that influence the selling of NTT DATA services within Insurance vertical, and work in partnership with subject matter technology experts to sponsor and institutionalize innovative ways to differiate from competitors

Requirements:

  • 15 years of overall experience with 6 plus years in a I.T. Services/Consulting Sales role
  • Experience selling I.T. Services/Solutions/Consulting and leading deal pursuits within the Insurance industry vertical space
  • Ability to convert front-end business consulting opportunities into down-stream technology delivery opportunities
  • Demonstrated success developing trusted-advisor executive relationships resulting in expanding base of business at targeted customers
  • Successful history of assessing sales opportunities, establish decision making criteria, and executing sales strategy resulting in meeting and exceeding sales quotas and targets
  • Demonstrate knowledge of market and industry competitive factors that influence sales strategies to included working with Third Party Advisory Firms such as TPI, Equaterra , etc.
  • Experience presenting to small and large audiences with ability to manage complex negotiations with senior-level business and technology executives
  • Able to travel 60%
