Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing and managing design, development and delivery of residential Salesforce.com projects. Manage senior technical resources and consultants, enabling them to implement high quality and scalable solutions.

Core Responsibilities:
-Leading a team of developers and consultants

-Coaching and mentoring a team

-Technical acumen to support consultants in a technical environment

-Driven by customer success with a team player attitude

-Hands on Salesforce.com experience (lightning experience is a plus)

-Agile experience (SCRUM strongly preferred)

-Experience in business analysis and reporting

-Experience working with global development teams preferred

-Experience with Apttus contract lifecycle management tool is a big plus

-Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities

-Develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges

-Shape & deliver projects to meet and exceed expectations of our business partners and our own quality criteria
-Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance

-Ability to lead by example
-Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary
-Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

 

Job Specification:

-B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Business or equivalent combination of education and work experience

-Requires 5+ years management / related experience

-2+ years Salesforce.com experience

-One or more Salesforce.com certifications (Advance Admin/Platform developer / App builder / Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant)

-This position is ineligible for visa sponsorship. To be considered for this role, you must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
