The Senior Sales Training Consultant, Talent & Organizational Development partners with line of business and market leaders to actively support the definition and implementation of the BOK Financial Sales University through the Sales Framework and Sales Competencies that sustainably enhance organizational and people capabilities and drive achievement of business goals and strategic objectives.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Lead and facilitate the BOK Financial Sales University. Assess organizational needs and design or implement appropriate curriculum to further develop and enhance the knowledge, skills and capabilities of the organizations sales professionals and managers. Align all performance and learning solutions to the organization’s Sales Framework and Sales Competencies. Research, monitor and evaluate results of programs within markets, line of business, and teams.
  2. Analyze sales performance and sales learning needs at the individual, team and/or organizational level through the use of the BOK Financial Sales Framework and Sales Competencies. Partner with clients to further develop learning strategies that are aligned to business goals. Evaluate solutions to ensure client and/or organizational needs have been met and desired performance levels achieved.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:

  • Extensive knowledge of sales skills, strategies, and tactics (Sales Experience required).
  • Curriculum design experience.
  • Excellent classroom facilitation skills and experience.
  • Track record of designing and implementing simple yet effective solutions to business problems/opportunities.
  • Track record of executing training methods that have led to performance improvement.
  • Strong influencing ability through consulting, communication and relationship building skills.
  • Knowledge of and experience with assessment and competency models/performance management tools is preferred.
  • Experience with integrated talent management processes and systems; knowledge of current trends in Talent and Performance Management processes.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills: Pulls together information from a variety of sources in a user-friendly, business driven manner.
  • Ability to eliminate roadblocks and improve processes for successful execution.
  • Highly organized and efficient with a high sense of urgency.
  • Builds and maintains credibility at all levels throughout the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills (Non-managerial to C-Suite)
  • Creative mindset, proactive, resourceful, and resilient - focuses on continuous improvement.
  • Anticipates informational needs and communicates proactively.
  • Excellent MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Excel skills are required.
  • Ability to organize multiple activities which require close attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret company policies, procedures and practices.
  • Ability to work independently to achieve goals.

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of human resources, banking, talent identification, talent development and/or talent management experience.
