The College of Education Dean's Office at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire a Sr Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
* Purchases for Dean's Office (ePro and Pcard).
* Oversees all aspects of college scholarship award process.
* Maintains electronic faculty files for dean's office.
* Works with department chairs and academic research and financial officer regarding approvals and tracking of new faculty positions and funds.
* Recommends and follows deadlines for submission of information regarding promotion and tenure, recommendations, and nominations for various awards.
* Coordinates Dean's calendar.
* Supports college executive committee.
* Coordinates meetings and events.
* Serves on college commencement committee.
* Serves as an I-9 coordinator for college.
* Responsible for ePars and timekeeping for dean's office.
* Supervises office support associate.
* Updates and maintains accurate inventory of assets for the dean's office.
* Ensures the dean's suite space is well maintained, clean and tidy, and when appropriate, work orders and/or renovations are completed in a timely manner.

The following knowledge, skills, and abilities are required:

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Advanced written communication skills.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
* Knowledge of accounting/budgeting procedures.
* Ability to work under pressure, to adjust to constant changes, to handle multiple tasks, and to coordinate the work of others.
* Ability to keep complex records, to assemble and organize data of complex nature, and to prepare and submit reports in acceptable formats.
* Ability to conceptualize, plan and organize multiple programs and assignments effectively.
* Ability to work on complex and confidential tasks utilizing judgment, tact, and resourcefulness.
* Skill in developing and maintaining good working relationships.
* Knowledge of policies, practices, procedures and terminology of assigned function.
* Supervisory skills.
