The Role at NFP

As the Sr. Property Analyst – Claims Advocacy at NFP, you will provide claims oversight and advocate for the client to obtain the best possible claim outcome.

Responsibilities

  • Advocate for clients by providing claim oversight for moderate to high-level net worth and personal line property exposures.
  • Interact with clients, carriers, third party administrators, producers, AEs and others to advocate on behalf of our clients.
  • Conduct research on coverage to address claim issues that arise.
  • Occasionally author white papers on topics clients are facings.
  • May attend inspections and/or other client claim meetings to advocate on behalf of the client, including claim reviews.
  • Assist the Sales Team to address client claim issues.
  • Assist the Team Leader in various projects, including the development of best practices, teaching, and training of the Analyst Coordinator, and other ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • 10+ years of claim handling and/or claims oversight experience in property claims with a focus on High Net Worth personal lines experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service to work with multiple clients and carriers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Support organizational goals, exhibit accurate judgment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Demonstrates exceptional time management skills to balance responsibilities and projects.

Preferred Requirements

  • EPIC experience.
