Job Description
A Store Operations Senior Consultant represents the voice of the stores and field for the areas of the business they support. They work closely and collaboratively with other Customer Support Center departments as well as Store and Field Management on evolution of day-to-day business procedures, as well as the development of new programs and their rollout strategies.

A position on the technology, digital, loyalty and personalization team is currently available. Some of the projects and workstreams the person filling this role on this team could work on include:

- Support new and existing Digital and Loyalty and Personalization programs, such as ExtraCare Email Collection, Scan Rate, Quarterly ExtraBucks engagement, etc
- Evolution of in-store technology (e.g. POS, RF Unit/Ironman, iPads)
- Exploration of new technologies (for example, robotics, electronic shelf labels, etc) to drive service, operational
- Development of new applications and enhancements to streamline processes (e.g. Electronic IAR, Coupon Issue/overrides at POS, etc)


- Collaborate with project teams to drive both long-term and short-term operations-related actions and initiatives
- Coordinate work across various departments (like ExtraCare, Digital, Loyalty and Personalization, IT, etc), formulating proposals, plans and presentations
- Source third party vendors to develop pilot tests for new technologies and applications
- Manage rollouts while also evaluating and measuring the effect/impact upon the target audience
- React to the day-to-day business issues and needs (Help Desk ticket resolution, store communications, etc)

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Retail Pharmacy experience
- 1+ years of MS Office experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Current CVS Store Manager, or equivalent retail management experience
- Proven high performer, demonstrated by consistently high performance reviews, strong store performance and exceptional customer service management
- Complete knowledge and understanding of store systems and store systems applications (SMART, RF & POS and RADAR applications)
- Computer competency and literacy in Microsoft Windows/Office applications
- Strong program management, interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization (Senior Management, Field Management, Customer Support Center personnel)
- Ability to understand complex problems, identify root causes and remain goal-oriented within a dynamic environment
- Proven ability to work independently and to recognize and resolve issues
- Capacity to travel periodically to stores throughout the company to gather operational input and to gauge the success of programs
- Self-starter and team player with the ability to act as an advocate on behalf of stores and Field Management

Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing or related field strongly preferred
