KeystoneTicket Scanning Supervisor is responsible for all daily operations and leadership of the Ticket Scanning department.  The qualified candidate should embody professional conduct and demonstrate a high level of guest service to both internal and external guests.  The ticket scanning supervisor should be friendly, make it easy, and pay attention to detail at all times



  • Assist in hiring scanning team.
  • Scheduling of staff.
  • Development of staff through training, coaching, and discipline.
  • Monitoring time and labor in order to align staffing levels to budget and business volumes.
  • Resolve ticket and season pass problems with the help of the ticket office.
  • Professional and effective communication with guests and internal departments.  Frequent contacts include Ticket Sales, Lift Operations, Keystone Security, Mountain Safety, and Ski Patrol.
  • Investigation of fraudulent season pass and lift ticket usage.
  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times in stressful situations.
  • Problem solving guest and staff issues to a positive outcome.
  • Maintaining safe areas of operation.
  • Follow instructions given by manager.
  • Work on a team environment.
  • Presenting yourself in a professional manner by adhering to company guidelines on grooming and attire.
  • Have fun!



  • High School Diploma or Higher
  • Previous guest service experience – required
  • Two (2) years of previous supervisory experience– required
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills - required
  • Prior ticket scanning experience – preferred
