




Key Responsibilities:
Strategic leadership and partner to RVP
Provide advice and support on all strategic planning and initiatives to achieve region goals. Ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
Partner with RVP to formulate strategies, tactics and supporting plans to deliver on the assigned national Strategic Imperatives (SI).
Lead and manage implementation and execution
Lead and manage implementation planning and execution for all region-wide and national initiatives (e.g., advisor recruiting, client acquisition, advisor experience), as well as for any major projects and initiatives that impact the field (e.g., major systems and process changes).
Provide support and advice to national programs to better ensure successful implementation within the field.
Systems and process optimization
Leverage data and analytics to identify bottlenecks, opportunities, and gaps to achieve growth goals.
Development of tools, resources, and processes designed to increase effectiveness and create leverage.
Build systems and processes that result in consistent and scalable results.
Team Development
Provide leadership and direction to the entire region field leadership team including work direction, training and development, performance management and reviews.
Manage the mid-year and year-end review process, and the development planning process for all members of the team under the direction leadership of the RVP.
Region Operations
Responsible for daily management of region operations, including financial management.
Manage region communications.
Act as a delegate for the RVP at regional and strategic partner meetings (e.g., Field team meetings, Strategic Imperative meetings, Corporate Partner 1:1s and RVP meetings).
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7-10 years of relevant leadership experience, preferably in financial services or a highly regulated industry
Demonstrated success in driving business results and managing key performance metrics
Proven experience in financial management, including full P&L oversight
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in business tools and reporting systems
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree or equivalent
Active Series 24, 7, and 63 licenses
Experience supporting or working within a franchise model
Familiarity with field leadership structures and advisor development initiatives
Proven experience in financial management, including full P&L oversight
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in business tools and reporting systems

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $104,900 - $141,600 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
