While this role is 100% remote, we will only consider candidates who currently live in the United States.

- Be able to show samples of your presentation design work.

As a Presentation Designer, you’ll be a vital part of the Mental Well-being Communications team, shaping the narrative around quality, performance, and data integration. Your creative designs will empower audiences to understand complex information and engage with critical initiatives, directly impacting how mental well-being programs are communicated and perceived.
As a Presentation Designer, you will:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex data and concepts into visually compelling presentations, primarily using PowerPoint.
- Design a wide range of materials, including data visualizations, flyers, digital images, guidebooks, infographics, and email communications.
- Ensure all design work adheres to brand standards and accessibility guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and prioritizing urgent requests.
- Support the Mental Well-being leadership team with various design needs.
- Produce and edit videos and podcasts for internal and external communications.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- 5+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro).
- 5+ years of experience with video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable).
- 5+ years of experience with audio editing/podcast software (e.g., Adobe Audition or comparable).
- Proficient writing skills for email communication.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience with professional writing.
- Knowledge of behavioral health, employee assistance, work-life, and wellness programs.
- Knowledge of digital accessibility.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $24.00 – $27.00/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
