Responsibilities:
- Leads Ramp to ensure KPIs are met; (cph, inventories, damage prevention, etc)
- Accountable for overall P&L responsibilities
- Develops and drives existing staff to enhance Engagement & Retention within the Ramp
- Builds collaborative partnerships between ITSC and local railroad officers
- Acts as key point of contact between ITSC and our customers
- Enforces and upholds all ITSC rules, regulations, and policies
- Approaches violations with care and administers disciplinary actions when required
- Monitors and approves terminal purchases for payment & manages purchases within budget
- Approves weekly time & attendance and ensures data is accurate and timely
- Partners with Talent Acquisition to ensure the Ramp is fully staffed
- Owns the Training and Orientation process of all employees to ensure their ongoing success
- Provides Ramp Metrics & Reports as needed
- Other duties as assigned (administrative & non-administrative)
Qualifications
- Good leadership experience
- Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory
- Proficient in Outlook and MS Office suite of products
- Strong Work Ethic
- Open availability
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
