





As Omni-Commerce Insights Manager, reporting to a Director of Predictive Science, you will help identify and unlock growth opportunities across Retail and Foodservice channels by translating data and insights into action. As an important member of the Demand Science team, you will lead with a customer-first mindset, using robust analysis to inform strategic planning, sales execution, and innovation. This role is highly collaborative and requires someone who can operate independently, define their own learning agenda, and influence internal and customer-facing stakeholders through compelling storytelling and thought leadership.
Your Impact:
- Strategic partner to Sales, Category Management, Brand, R&D, and Finance teams, bringing a unified view of shopper and operator behavior across Retail and Foodservice.
- Identify, analyze, and communicate data-driven insights to uncover trends, gaps, and whitespace opportunities across the omni-channel landscape.
- Lead customer-facing presentations and insight sharing that promote Conagra's position as a thought leader and strategic partner.
- Advocate for important retailers and foodservice operators with our broader Demand Science team.
- Champion the voice of the customer and operator in innovation planning cycles, ensuring their needs and behaviors are represented in portfolio and channel strategies.
- Define and manage a learning agenda aligned with strategic priorities, often initiating work independently without formal project briefs.
- Develop and distribute regular performance reviews, category scorecards, and business summaries to inform internal stakeholders of trends and opportunities. Use this data to influence partners on opportunities to increase growth.
- Summarize data from multiple sources (e.g., shipment, point-of-sale, distributor, operator, trend, panel) into clear recommendations that inform activation.
- Manage relationships with syndicated data providers and tools (e.g., Circana/Nielsen, Datassential, Technomic), ensuring data accuracy and usability. Ensure data needs of broader partners throughout the organization are met. Pilot and assess new tools.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of insights processes, deliverables, and tools to maximize impact and efficiency.
Your Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required, or Master's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in insights, analytics, or strategy roles within the food, consumer packaged goods (CPG) or similar industry.
- Experience with US Retail landscape and retailer dynamics; Foodservice experience a plus.
- Experience with a wide array of syndicated data sources (e.g., Circana, Nielsen, Technomic, Datassential, NPD) and ability to synthesize them.
- Strong knowledge of multiple insights tools and processes, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Experience working with multiple third-party suppliers ensuring they are aligned to our key deliverables and they are driving impactful outcomes.
- Experience setting direction and priorities in ambiguous situations.
- Experience influencing teams and customers with insights that drive business results.
- Experience connecting the dots across channels, customers, and consumer behavior.
- Experience translating complex data into simple, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel to perform complex functions and PowerPoint for presentations; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) a plus.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$107,000-$156,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
