Employees may be eligible for discretionary $80 per lease commission based on leasing performance.

From conducting prospect tours and follow-ups to spearheading internal and outreach marketing endeavors, resident retention efforts, and overnight on-call duties, they are the cornerstone of resident satisfaction and community engagement.
