The Role
The candidate will join a growing Fidelity business bringing to market a new end-to-end brokerage trading, clearing, and custody platform designed to meet changing customer and industry needs. The individual will have a strong analytical orientation to apply towards reviewing bank reconciliations and resolving any breaks.
The areas in focus for this role will be to:
Create and maintain billing invoices for our correspondents based on signed agreements
Calculate the daily P&L and classifications for firm and PAIB accounts
Generate/Review bank reconciliations for all banking relationships
Prepare and maintain daily net capital calculations
Maintain and review requirements weekly 15c3-3 reports
Create or Update policies and procedures as required
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
3 - 5 years of financial analyst experience
Analytical, organized, and have strong multi-tasking skills
Facility with key compliance rules and requirements for these areas
Knowledge of general brokerage finance an accounting
Must possess strong problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of Oracle
Team building and mentorship skills
Series 7 or 99 licensing is required.

The base salary range for this position is $63,000-$100,000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
