THE ROLE

MFS is seeking a ETF Capital Market Analyst to assist with the buildout of investment and trading capabilities for the firms ETF business. This individual will play a pivotal role ensuring overall ETF investment and trading health, supporting ETF client engagement and managing strategic external relationships across the ETF capital markets ecosystem.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Conduct invest, trade, create and redeem activities.
• Work closely with portfolio managers and traders to help coordinate the ETF portfolio management, trading and operational processes.
• Conduct internal and external oversight and monitoring procedures.
• Assist with the buildout of ETF investments and trading capabilities and processes.

• Maintain external partnerships and relationships across the ETF capital markets ecosystem, including Authorized Participants (APs), Market Makers, Exchanges, third-party technology and data vendors.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including distribution teams, on internal ETF education efforts.
• Create internal ETF Capital Markets KPIs, market commentary and business communications for internal distribution; contribute to the production of relevant markets and business external communications.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
• General familiarity of trading workflows across asset classes.
• Familiarity with ETF market structure, trading venues, and ecosystem.
• Ability to translate market data and trading activity into clear actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in a collaborative, team-based, results-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of Charles River Trading Systems, or similar trading platform functionality preferred.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal a plus.
• Familiarity with Tableau a plus.
