Are you passionate about youth sports and ready to make a big impact this summer? We're looking for an energetic, organized, and hands-on Seasonal Youth Sports Summer Camps Director to help elevate the quality of our camps across Tacoma. This role is dynamic and fast-paced—no two days are the same. You’ll be in the field checking on camps, supporting part-time staff with training and logistics, managing rosters, checking in participants, solving day-of challenges, and ensuring every child has a safe and fun experience. Reliable transportation is required, as you'll travel between multiple camp sites each day. You'll be part of a passionate team that values teamwork, fun, and creating memorable moments for youth through sport. If you're a problem-solver who thrives in active, on-site environments and wants to be part of something that brings real joy to kids and families, we’d love to have you join us.

This seasonal position is expected to end on 08/29/25.

Position Information

Implement, lead and/or oversee programming and activities in an assigned program area

In the performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to:

  • Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
  • Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
