





Redwood Credit Union is looking for a forward-thinking Technology Solutions Manager to lead our IT Support and Innovation teams in delivering secure, scalable, and user-focused technology solutions. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives on solving complex challenges, mentoring teams, and driving digital transformation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Solutions Management:
o Lead and mentor the support team, maintaining standards that provide a high level of customer service including "live answer" rates, quick closure of problems and client satisfaction surveys.
o Deliver technology solutions addressing strategic and tactical organizational challenges through a combination of new technologies, expansion of already implemented technology solutions, and process improvement.
o Strategize, document, and implement new technological solutions to improve end-user services and Member functionality to deliver improved and efficient experiences.
o Champion ITIL/ITSM best practices to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems.
o Ensure the security and ongoing functionality of Active Directory and accuracy of group policy objects, rules, and contents.
o Plan, procure, and manage the installation and maintenance of PC's, hardware, software, and technology services for the Credit Union.
Technology Operations & Security:
o Oversee end-user technologies including PCs, printers, phones, A/V systems, and operational equipment.
o Manage, monitor, and test security measures and practices to include patching, virus scanning and controls.
o Ensure that practices meet or exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements.
o Manage communications platforms including email, instant messaging, and video conferencing.
o Maintain accurate inventory of all technology assets and licenses.
o Organize the build room and storage area to ensure OSHA standards.

Minimum Qualification: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft operating systems.
- Thorough knowledge of technology problem resolution and security practices (such as ITIL, ISO 27000)
- Knowledge of networking protocols, terminology, and procedures.
- Knowledge of effective network troubleshooting and resolution practices.
- Thorough knowledge of PC hardware and software.
- Current knowledge of laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to information technology.
- Knowledge of modern management methods and practices.
- Knowledge of various aspects of telecommunications including PBX phone systems, data lines, and call routing.
- Ability to supervise and coach team members.
- Ability to manage, develop, and implement technology projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse group of people.
- Ability to travel 20% of the time.
Licenses and Certifications
- Microsoft Certified Professional
- A+ Certification
The ideal candidate has a combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in computer science or closely related field and a minimum of eight years of experience maintaining and administering computer systems in LAN/WAN environment. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
Compensation: Base starting range: $138,112 to $181,980 annually commensurate with experience.
Our base salary starting range is based on scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal peer equity.
