




As a key member of the Sales Enablement team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering training, information, content and tools to maximize the performance and productivity of new hires and existing personnel within Wedgewood’s Go-to-market teams: Inside and Outside Sales Consultant, Implementation, and Customer Success Managers.
When will you work?
Hybrid or remote options with up to 10% travel to our Swedesboro, NJ office and to field events as needed.
What you’ll do:
- Play a key role in managing programs and initiatives from start to finish, including the design and/or delivery of role-based training in a variety of formats.
- Define, Design and Deliver training across Wedgewood solutions, selling methodologies, and systems.
- Design and lead onboarding and upskilling programs using blending learning formats including: instructor-led training, classroom training, virtual training, e-learning modules.
- Establish comprehensive training and change management strategies to address gaps in learning and on-the-job skills
- Collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Data, and Product, Enablement and Data to build best in class enablement experiences while upskilling programs to support and improve productivity and retention.
- Partner with our sales and internal teams to understand our current objectives, processes and gaps and translate learning needs into actionable enablement plans.
- Admin and manage GTM systems (Highspot, Gong/Gong Engage, and any future enablement tools (e.g. LMS))
- Own end-to-end management of programs, including project management, associated communications, prework, post-learning surveys, and logistics.

What you’ve done:
- 7+ years in Sales Enablement, with experience across the full sales cycle (prospecting to post-sale support); service enablement a plus.
- B2B sales experience, ideally in animal health, pharma, medical devices, or healthcare services
- Experience with Adobe Captivate Prime (or similar), web conferencing platforms, and LMS; audio editing tools like Audacity a plus.
- Experience with enablement tools (e.g., Highspot, Gong, Salesloft, ZoomInfo).
- Skilled in instructional design tools: Rise Articulate (AI), Storyline, Camtasia Studio, SCORM files.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Compensation: The range for this position is $145,000-$180,000 commensurate with the individual’s experience and qualifications.
