About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking is seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) in Technology as part of Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Technology (CCIBT) to support the team’s efforts in the design, development, automated testing, implementation, and adoption of products and delivery of applications and project initiatives.
In this role, you will:
Lead or participate in complex initiatives on selected domains
Assure quality, security and compliance for supported systems and applications
Serve as a technical resource in finding software solutions
Review and evaluate user needs and determine requirements
Provide technical support, advice, and consultation with the issues relating to supported applications
Create test data and conduct interfaces and unit tests
Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices
Understand and participate to ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
Conduct research and resolve problems in relation to processes and recommend solutions and process improvements
Assist other individuals in advanced software development
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of development experience with languages including Python
4+ years of experience creating and developing test automation frameworks
4+ years of experience with Behavior-driven Development (BDD) tools including Behave and Cucumber
4+ years of unit testing experience utilizing Test-driven Development (TDD) with tools including Pytest
4+ years of experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium
Desired Qualifications:
Experience working in large, fast-paced organizations with many moving parts
Experience working in an Agile product environment
Strong time management and organizational skills
Knowledge and understanding of issue and change management processes
Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
